Cengiz Foan was born in 1979 in Istanbul. He is married and has 2 children.After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul, he graduated from ITU, Faculty of Architecture, Department of City and Regional Planning in 2001.

He received his Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from ITU in 2003. He completed his master’s thesis with a study on “Financing in Real Estate Development, Money Management, Profitability Analysis and Turkey Evaluation“.

In 2020, he created the Manga venture and investment platform with his partners. With an understanding based on technology, software, information and communication on the platform, he invested in projects for the real estate, finance and retail sectors and started the development processes.
